About IATSA

Established in June 1995, the Idaho Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (IATSA) is a state chapter of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA). IATSA was founded to assist ATSA in their vision to foster research, facilitate information exchange, further professional education, and provide for the advancement of professional standards and practices in the field of sex offender evaluation and treatment in the state of Idaho.

IATSA is a voluntary, multi-disciplinary membership organization focused specifically on the prevention of sexual abuse through effective management of sex offenders.

IATSA members are dedicated to working together to increase community safety, prevent sexual abuse, and reduce sexual recidivism through the implementation of evidence based treatment practices and sex offender management policies uniformly throughout Idaho.
